We ship all international orders with UPS. In many European countries, deliveries are made to the nearest UPS Service Point. Express orders are delivered directly to your shipping address.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by transit or customs. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Processing may take up to 10 business days during busy periods.

UK, Norway, USA: VAT, sales tax, or import duties may apply at delivery
Rest of world: VAT excluded
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund. Only returns using our label are accepted.

Store credit purchases are refundable as store credit only.
